How This Blog Was Born

One day I decided to take the lessons that I learned about affirmations seriously. I came up with a list of affirmations (aka intentions or goals for my life) and every morning I would to write one affirmation / intention on a card. I tried to read the card as often as possible, but I found it a hassle. I would either forget the card at home or I would forget to read it. So I thought that it would be useful to have my affirmations sent to my BlackBerry, since that thing is with me all the time.

I looked online and did not find any services that emailed my own affirmations to me frequently. So, I decided to put together a quick PHP script that did just that. I found those emails very useful and noticed the change in my attitude, outlook, and belief. That is when I put together www.affirmationtriggers.com and made it available to others.

As one of the ways to spread the word about the website, I decided to start a blog and write about my experiences with this service (among other things). Give Affirmation Triggers a try and share your impressions and feedback. If you find the service useful, please let me know, and, if you want, help me spread the word by blogging about Affirmation Triggers or by bookmarking it via one (or more) of the social networks.

Thank you for reading!
