There is really only one thing happening, and it is the eternal flow of Energy. Energy is the fundamental ’substance’ aback of all things. Mountains, lakes, trees, animals, air, humans, and everything else is made up, at the very basic level, of Energy. Energy cannot be created and it cannot be destroyed – it was always and forever will be – and it can only shift and change form in accord with the Laws of the Universe. I know that I am no exception and am too made of the same Energy as everyone and everything else in this Universe. I also know, accept, and expect that my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs sculpt the experience of my life in accord with the Universal Law of Attraction. I recognize that my thoughts and my feelings have a frequency associated with them and that that frequency is attractive in its nature and that it attracts to it things of the same frequency. I know that once I release a certain frequency, it is turned over to the Law and always comes back in kind. The action of the Law is impersonal and it is perfect. The action of the Law cannot be stopped, it cannot be suppressed, depressed, or coerced – it can only be directed by the frequencies I constantly release. I know that because of my recognition of the Truth, my consciousness has no option but to grow and to expand in order to make space for creation and execution of a bigger idea for my life – that of abundance, love, happiness, joy, health, and wellness. I speak my words, implant them into Truth, plant them in Mind, which is my mind and All Mind, and I expect and accept the immediate and perfect action of the Law. I am deeply grateful for my recognition, appreciation, and understanding of this Law and for the magnificent life that I have created. I turn my thoughts over to the care of the Universal Mind and know that it is already done in the Absolute. And so it is!

Happy Monday, and as always, take these words as your own if you wish.

I know that in this moment there is only one thing happening and it is the living individualization of Energy as me. I know that this Energy is the fundamental building block of all creation and that Energy is equally here, equally there, and equally everywhere else. There is no place where Energy is not – it permeates, penetrates, and fills the inter-spaces of the Universe – and it cannot be created or destroyed. It only changes form in accord with the Law which is guided by the thoughts of the Universal Mind, which is my mind and all mind, like a block of silly-putty molded by hands from formless into form. I recognize and joyfully accept this Truth, and as I do that, I am open and receptive to inspiration, growth of my consciousness, growth and creative expression of my life, my love, my work, my purpose, my service, my fulfillment, my abundance, my health, my prosperity, and my overall experience. I know that I speak the Truth and that this Truth is attractive and will bring into my experience all the required people and opportunities that grow and expand my consciousness and my experience while tearing down and breaking all obstacles that may stand in the way. With unconditional gratitude I plant my words into Truth, turn it over to the Universe, and joyfully expect and accept the Energetic manifestations in my life. I recognize the Truth as my reality, and so it is!

Sit comfortably, take a few breaths as you settle in, and this is what I know:

I know that this is an Intelligent Universe where Creative Intelligence expresses Itself through immutable Law. At the Source, there are infinite possibilities and no limitation, expressed as a soup of probabilities. Once a thought is introduced, all the probabilities collapse where one thing remains – the manifestation that is a perfect reflection of the original thought. This manifestation is the action of the Law – perfect, precise, willing, and impersonal. I know that I speak the Truth for myself and for every other person when I recognize that my creative intelligence is an extension of the One Creative Intelligence, and although I am individualized, I have within all of the qualities of the One, much like my single cell has the DNA road-map for my entire physical body. As I recognize this Truth, as I recognize that I am same as Spirit, I realize that all the limitations are the beliefs created in my mind. The Universe does not know lack, only abundance; It does not know sickness, only perfect well-being; It does not know ‘no’, only a resounding ‘YES’. Thus, I am abundance, I am well-being, I am the resounding YES! In this perfect moment, as I feel unified, I know that my consciousness is expanding to a place of better understanding and a place of a much bigger idea. I am open and receptive to ideas and inspiration that come as a result of my growing consciousness and the flow of the Divine Energy, and I am ready and willing to take the required action steps to complete the creative process. I am grateful for my realization of the Truth, for my recognition of Unity, for my appreciation of the Law. I am thankful for the fact that I do not need to compel the Law into action and that my job is only to direct energy in the desired direction. With perfect belief, I release my words, knowing that the Universe is responding automatically, and so it is!

I know that there is really only One thing happening. One Energy, One Consciousness, One Intelligence, One Love. And Consciousness has only one purpose – to expand, to grow – and it is the starting point of all form. I know that the Universal Law governs the expression of Consciousness as form, that this Law is immutable and is impersonal, and that it works each and every time with no exceptions. I understand the Law to be like the fertile soil that nurtures and grows ANY seed planted in it and turns it into a plant; except that our thoughts and feelings are the seeds and manifestations are the plants. I recognize that my physical experience also originated in Consciousness and that I am an individualized expression of the One Energy, One Consciousness, One Intelligence, One Love. Through this recognition I allow myself to tap into and utilize the unlimited power of the Universe and open myself to a clearer connection with the Universal Intelligence. I am deeply grateful for the understanding of the Universal Law and for the recognition that there is really only One thing happening and for my expanding consciousness. I release my words, knowing that my intentions are manifested automatically and harmoniously in accord with the Law, and allow the Universe to work through me, for me. And so it is.

Happy Monday, everyone! Here is a Treatment to get your week going in the right direction. Take these words as your own if you choose:

I recognize the existence of a Power in the Universe – it is a Source of all Knowledge, of all Inspiration, of all Creativity, of all Intelligence. I know that this Power has only one purpose which is to grow, to expand, to create. This magnificent Power is guided by one Law – a Law that cannot reason, but can only execute. This perfect Law is always working and reflecting the thoughts, feelings, and ideas into physical experience. And while I know that one cannot see the Law, one can definitely see Its results, and I recognize these results everywhere I dare to look. I recognize that since this Great Power is the Source of ALL Intelligence, then my intelligence, which is individualized in my body and mind, is part of ALL. Through this recognition I open the door to a place where everything is possible because if I can conceive it, I can achieve it with the Power of the entire infinite Universe on my side! So in this perfect moment, by recognizing my access to the Source of all Inspiration, I allow this Divine Energy to flow through me in support of my endeavours and claim the required power to follow through on my ideas. I am deeply thankful for my understanding and recognition of this Universal Power and Its Operation, so I get out of the way and am wide open and receptive, and allow the Power, Inspiration, Intelligence, and Creativity to flow through me, for me. I know that it is already done in the Absolute, with ease and harmony. And as it is done in the Absolute, it is also done in my reality. And so it is!

It is Friday, so I am going to share another Spiritual Mind Treatment with you. Lately, I have been practicing at making them shorter and more to the point, instead of more elaborate Treatments like I have done in the past. As always, take these words as your own if you choose.

I know that I live in an Energetic Universe where Energy is the fundamental fabric that runs through all life and all creation – all that is. This Energy cannot be created or destroyed, It permeates, penetrates, and fills the inter-spaces of the Universe and It can only change form. I know thought to be the starting point of all energetic transformations of one form into another. I know that at the fundamental level I too am Energy and realize that my physical experience is my own creation – it is the result of thoughts and beliefs held in my conscious and subconscious mind. I realize that, thus far, a lot of my thoughts were subconscious and automatic, but now I am shining a light of consciousness on my subconscious mind. I am actively choosing my thoughts, so here and now I am choosing thoughts of health, love, happiness, joy, abundance, and prosperity. I am thankful for my deep understanding and appreciation of the Universal Laws and my role in the creative process. I release my words, knowing that I am speaking the Truth, knowing that it is already done in peace and harmony, and so it is!

Happy Friday! Here is another Spiritual Mind Treatment. Take these words as your own if you so desire.

I know that Energy is the one and only underlying fabric of all existence that manifests in many forms as my physical and spiritual reality. Thought is the force and immutable Divine Law is the governing factor aback of all creation. I recognize the Law to be the perfect mirror that reflects my thoughts into my physical reality each and every time with no exception.

I know by the virtue of my very existence that I am a perfect individualized expression of the Infinite Mind. Through this recognition, I claim my life-time access to all that is available to the Love and to all that is possible to the Law.

As I open my mind and allow it to be in tune with the Infinite Intelligence, I tap into the pure potential of the Universe to create my perfect life. I know that the Law is always saying ‘Yes’ as It turns my thoughts into my direct experiences.

In this perfect moment I am overflowing with gratitude for my ever-expanding consciousness. I am deeply grateful for my recognition, understanding, and acceptance of the Truth and for the flawless action of the Law.

I set my words free, turn them over to the care of the Infinite Mind, and allow the Law to act through me. I let my Light shine, I let the Energy flow, and I know that it is already done in perfect harmony. And so it is”!

Friday is here, so you get to enjoy another Spiritual Mind Treatment. The purpose of this Treatment is to become more aware of how thought is creative. As always, take these words as your own if you choose…

I know that everything is Energy and that everything is fundamentally made of the same stuff. This Energy manifests in the physical realm in many ways resulting in the seen and the unseen around me with the distinguishing factor being Its frequency of vibration. I know that every thought affects this Energy and shifts Its vibrational frequency, which produces the result that reflects the original thought. I know this mechanism to be the Creative Process of the Universe.

I know, since Energy is all there is and since Energy cannot be created or destroyed, that my mind and my body are this very Energy, everything around me is this very Energy, and all the things I seek are also this very Energy. I understand that my current life and present circumstances are the direct result of my thinking and that as I change my thinking, I change my life according to the strict Law of the Creative Process.

Knowing that thought is creative, I am creating an more expanded, more aware consciousness and develop a deeper appreciation for the Law. In this very moment, which is the only moment that exists, I know that all my thoughts create a corresponding result in my experience and my environment – I allow this idea take root in the fertile soil of my deep subconscious.

In this moment I am very grateful for my understanding of the Law and for my recognition and appreciation of Its power in my life. I am deeply thankful to be alive right now and to know that I can utilize the Law to get closer to my ultimate potential. I love life and enjoy its every moment.

So now I release my words of Truth and turn them over to the Universe and to the Law. I am open and receptive to the positive flow of energy through and around me and know that my intention is already in the process of becoming – the vibrational frequency is already shifting to accommodate my expanding consciousness and the creative power of my thoughts. And as with everything else that is done in Truth, it is already done in harmony! And so it is!
