Join me in knowing that Life is perfect. Everything, from the microscopic bacteria to the entire known Universe, has one purpose and one purpose only – growth, expansion, and fuller expression. If something is not growing, it is in the process of disintegrating. I focus on constant growth and never-ending improvement in all areas of my life, since I know that my actions are in harmony with the Universal Laws. I allow more happiness, more joy, more love, more abundance, and more health into my life throughout the day. I am grateful for what I experience and have and expect more to come my way, as that is the way of the Universe. I am even more grateful for how the events in my life led me to the place where I have a glimpse of understanding of my relationship to the world around me. Join me in knowing that there is a Single Source for everything in existence and I choose to call that Source ‘Energy’. Energy cannot be created or destroyed – It just is – and It is the fundamental building block that everything is made of. Since the amount of Energy in the Universe is constant, the foundation for everything is already here, as Energy can turn into mass and back to Energy. Like all physical processes, there are Principles that govern Energy. These Principles are precise and impersonal – anyone using these Principles for any purpose has access to them. My understanding is that the flow of Energy is influenced by consciousness. That is why I pay attention to the thoughts I hold in my conscious mind and the beliefs that I hold in my subconscious mind. I focus on the good in the world so that I see more of the good around me. With sincere gratitude for my life, for the people around me, and for the opportunities that I am presented with every day, I let go and I let it be. And so it is.

The Laws governing this eternal flow are rigid, precise, and impersonal. They affect everyone equally and have no regard and no say in what they are used for. The Laws of the Universe just are and they just react accordingly. Knowing that, I choose to be a force for good in this World, choosing love, peace, health, joy, happiness, abundance, prosperity, and friendship. There is only one thing happening – the eternal flow of Energy into form, through form, and out of form. I recognize that I am fundamentally Energy and am subject to the same Principles and Laws that govern the Universe. Energy cannot be created or destroyed – it can only change form – so I know that everything that I seek is already in my life in one form or another. There are multiple things happening at any given time, and the thing I give my attention is the thing that occupies my mind and becomes my reality in a given moment. I choose to give my attention to good energy, to health, to abundance, to joy, to happiness, to peace, to love, to positive growth, and to gratitude. Life gives us the potential to live a perfect experience. Our beliefs, feelings, and thoughts about what is happening around us is what shapes our perception of our experiences and, ultimately, our life. I believe in the interconnectedness of the world. The power of symbiotic relationships is evident all around us – hurt one thing and many other suffer, help one thing and many more benefit. On a deeper, energetic level, everything is connected even more to a point where all is really one. The differentiating boundaries fall away as everything becomes unlimited Energy of pure potential. Knowing that I am one with all is humbling and powerful at the same time. It provides me with a better understanding of Life and my relationship to everything. I choose to be a force for good in the world and I do that though love, happiness, and joy. With deep gratitude, I appreciate the world around me and the life that I live. I release my convictions to the Universe, knowing that it is already so. I let go and I let it be. And so it is.

Life is a perfect, harmonious dance of all the things in existence, and I am part of this dance as much as everyone else. The rules of this dance of Life are precise and they are powerful, while being totally impersonal and lacking the ability to judge and decide; they form the Law. Ignoring this does not exclude one from the effects of the Law, much like ignoring gravity does not prevent one from smacking the ground. It is evident to me that the Law responds to my state of mind and brings into my experience more of the things I focus on. When I focus on the good in life, I get more good in life, and that is what I choose to do. I focus on love, health, abundance, joy, and happiness, and as I enjoy these states in my life and am grateful for them, I allow more to come. With sincere gratitude I allow the Energy of Life to flow through me. I let it all go and I let it be. And so it is.

I know that everything in this world is made form the same fundamental stuff, that I call Energy, and that on that same fundamental level, we are all one and the same. My consciousness allows me to have and look at my individualized expression of life. With my thoughts and with my feelings I sculpt my own experiences for better or worse, always according to my thoughts. I choose to sculpt my life for the better. Energy responds predictably according to Law – a Law is impersonal, has no volition, and cannot judge, accept, or reject – it simply responds predictably and precisely according to a given input in the form of thoughts and feelings. Here and now I open myself up to the expansion and growth of consciousness. I feel the purpose of life flowing through me, knowing that every action I take is in support of my own purpose. I feel a humbling sense of gratitude for my life, for the opportunities that I have, and for the people who I am blessed with to know. With gratitude and appreciation I move out of the way, and I let my purpose drive me and express itself in my life in multitude of ways. I let go and I let it be. And so it is.

So this is what I know – there is really only one thing happening – the eternal flow of Energy into form, through form, and out of form. Energy is the fundamental building block of all the things seen and unseen and It is the only thing that is common to everything. The flow of Energy is mysterious and the precise mechanisms can be questioned, but one thing is for sure – it does so according to Law, and like all laws in the Universe, It is impersonal and can only do. It responds with a resounding ‘YES’ to everything that is subjected to It. I also know that since I am an individualized manifestation of Energy, I too am subject to the same Law. To think otherwise would be to think an impossibility. With this in mind, I choose to be a force for love, happiness, joy, health, and abundance in my world. With unconditional gratitude I release my vision to the Universe and allow it to manifest. With confidence that it is already so, I say ‘Thanks’, I let go, and let it be. And so it is.
