Join me in knowing that there is a Single Source for everything in existence and I choose to call that Source ‘Energy’. Energy cannot be created or destroyed – It just is – and It is the fundamental building block that everything is made of. Since the amount of Energy in the Universe is constant, the foundation for everything is already here, as Energy can turn into mass and back to Energy. Like all physical processes, there are Principles that govern Energy. These Principles are precise and impersonal – anyone using these Principles for any purpose has access to them. My understanding is that the flow of Energy is influenced by consciousness. That is why I pay attention to the thoughts I hold in my conscious mind and the beliefs that I hold in my subconscious mind. I focus on the good in the world so that I see more of the good around me. With sincere gratitude for my life, for the people around me, and for the opportunities that I am presented with every day, I let go and I let it be. And so it is.
